Effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit
重症监护室机械通气患者实施全面性护理的效果

摘要

目的 研究分析重症监护室机械通气患者护理中全面性护理措施应用的有效性。方法 选取2020年10月至2021年10月重症监护室机械通气患者共70例，将70例患者平均分为两组进行研究。其中参考组使用常规护理；分析组使用全面性护理。根据统计学相关工具，分析两组护理前后的SAS评分以及患者的护理满意度。结果 通过两组的对比研究发现，分析组护理后SAS评分比参考组更低，参考组的护理满意度较分析组相比较低，P<0.05。结论 对重症监护室机械通气患者实施全面性护理具备有效性，能够有效降低患者的不良情绪，并提升患者的护理满意度，有必要于临床上推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing measures in the care of patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit.
Methods a total of 70 patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected, and 70 patients were divided into two groups on average for study. The reference group used routine nursing; Comprehensive nursing was used in the analysis group. According to the statistical tools, the SAS scores before and after nursing and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were analyzed.
Results through the comparative study of the two groups, it was found that the SAS score of the analysis group was lower than that of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the analysis group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   comprehensive nursing care for patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit is effective, which can effectively reduce patients' bad mood and improve patients' nursing satisfaction. It is necessary to promote and apply it in clinical practice.
