摘要
目的 探析对接受手术治疗的甲状腺疾病患者实施个性化护理干预的临床应用效果。方法 选择我院于2019.10-2021.10月，2年内收治的122例甲状腺疾病患者，将所有患者随机分组为对照组（61例，采用常规方法护理）和观察组（61例，实施个性化护理干预）。结果 观察组生活质量明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对甲状腺疾病患者实施手术治疗时，通过个性化护理干预可取得明显更佳的效果，可显著提高患者生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of personalized nursing intervention on patients with thyroid diseases undergoing surgical treatment. Methods 122 patients with thyroid diseases admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected. All patients were randomly divided into control group (61 cases, with routine nursing) and observation group (61 cases, with personalized nursing intervention). Results the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion in the operation treatment of patients with thyroid diseases, personalized nursing intervention can achieve significantly better results, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and have high application value.
