Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine collapse and traction
护理干预对中药塌渍+牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在腰间盘突出症患者行中药塌渍+牵引治疗期间开展护理干预的临床效果。方法 本篇文章选取我院2020年6月至2022年6月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者30例，将纳入的患者以电脑随机选取方式划分为两组进行护理研究，组别名称包括观察组与对照组，每组中的患者人数分别为15例，两组患者均采取中药塌渍+牵引治疗，治疗期间对照组患者给予临床常规护理，观察组患者则给予针对性护理干预，将两组最终取得的护理效果进行详细对比。结果 护理后两组结果比较显示，观察组患者依从性与对照组相比得到显著改善，患者的腰椎疼痛程度同对照度比较也明显减轻，最终患者腰椎功能恢复效果优于对照组，患者生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者行中药塌渍+牵引治疗期间开展针对性护理干预，可有效提升临床护理质量，增强患者治疗期间的身心舒适度，提高患者的配合度和腰椎功能恢复效果，从而改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation during the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine collapse + traction.
Methods: This article selected 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022. The included patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer for nursing research. The group name includes the observation group and the control group. The number of patients in each group is 15 respectively. Both groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapse+traction. During the treatment, the patients in the control group were given clinical routine nursing, The patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention, and the final nursing effects of the two groups were compared in detail.
Results: after nursing, the results of the two groups showed that the compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group, and the degree of lumbar pain of patients was significantly reduced compared with the illumination. Finally, the recovery effect of lumbar function of patients was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life score of patients was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : carrying out targeted nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation during traditional Chinese medicine collapse + traction treatment can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, enhance the physical and mental comfort of patients during treatment, improve the coordination of patients and the recovery effect of lumbar function, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
