The intervention value of psychological nursing on clinical curative effect in patients with depression
抑郁症患者开展心理护理对临床疗效的干预价值

摘要

目的 分析心理护理在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果及对临床疗效的干预价值。方法 选取2020年4月-2021年5月我院诊治的82例抑郁症患者进行分析，用随机抽签法将其分成两组，参照组41例接受常规护理，实践组在参照组基础上41例接受心理护理，比较两组临床疗效、心理状态、生活质量水平。结果 实践组治疗总有效率较参照组明显更高，P＜0.05；实践组护理后SAS及SDS均较参照组更低，P＜0.05；实践组护理后情感功能等生活质量评分均高于参照组，P＜0.05。结论 抑郁症患者开展心理护理能有效提高患者临床疗效，改善患者焦虑抑郁等负面心理情绪，提高患者的生活质量水平。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with depression and the intervention value of clinical efficacy.
Methods From April 2020 to May 2021, 82 cases of depression patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were analyzed. They were divided into two groups by random drawing method, 41 cases in the reference group received conventional nursing, 41 cases in the practice group received psycho- logical nursing on the basis of the reference group, and the clinical efficacy, psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
Results The total effective rate of practice group was significantly higher than that of reference group, P<0.05; SAS and SDS in practice group were lower than those in reference group, P<0.05; The scores of emotional function and other quality of life in the practice group were higher than those in the reference group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Psychological nursing for patients with depression can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients, improve negative psychological emotions such as anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life of patients.
