Application of early rehabilitation nursing in children intensive care unit
艾灸治疗肛肠科术后尿潴留的治疗效果与护理满意度影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨艾灸用于肛肠科术后尿潴留治疗的效果，评估其对于护理满意度的影响。方法 选择医院肛肠科在2021年2月-2021年7月期间，进行手术治疗且术后出现尿潴留的患者80例，随机分成对照组和中医组，各40例。对照组提供常规护理和治疗中医组在常规护理基础上提供艾灸治疗。对比两组的疗效、膀胱残余尿量以及护理满意度情况。结果 中医组的总有效率95.0%，远高于对照组的72.5%，对比P<0.05；治疗前两组的膀胱残余尿量差距不大（P>0.05），但治疗后，相比治疗前的差值，中医组明显要高于对照组，对比P＜0.05；中医组的护理满意度100.0%，而对照组只有80.0％，组间对比，P＜0.05。结论 利用艾灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的患者，有良好的疗效，可以促使排尿逐渐顺利，膀胱残余尿量逐渐减少，最终使患者恢复正常的排尿行为。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery, and to evaluate its impact on nursing satisfaction.
Methods A total of 80 patients with postoperative urinary retention who underwent surgical treatment in the Anorectal Department of the hospital from February 2021 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a traditional Chinese medicine group, with 40 cases in each. The control group was provided with routine nursing and the TCM group was provided with moxibustion on the basis of routine nursing. The curative effect, bladder residual urine volume and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of the TCM group was 95.0%, much higher than 72.5% of the control group, P<0.05; the difference in bladder residual urine volume between the two groups before treatment was not significant (P>0.05), but after treatment, compared with treatment The difference between the two groups was significantly higher in the traditional Chinese medicine group than in the control group, P<0.05; the nursing satisfaction of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 100.0%, while the control group was only 80.0%, the comparison between the groups, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The use of moxibustion in the treatment of patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery has a good effect, which can promote the gradual smooth urination, gradually reduce the residual urine volume in the bladder, and finally restore the normal urination behavior of the patients.
