摘要
目的 提出康复护理路径对策，将其用于帕金森病患者，对该模式效果进行研究。方法 病例为帕金森病，共纳入70例，时间2021年12月-2022年4月，有35例患者由护士开展常规护理，时间为2个月，定义为常规组。35例患者由护士实施康复护理路径，定义为为康复护理路径组。时间为2个月。研究统一帕金森病评定量表（UPDRS）评分、神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分、Berg平衡量表（BBS）评分、生活质量评分、护理服务满意率。结果 对护理2个月后康复护理路径组的UPDRS、NIHSS量表评分均更低（p＜0.05），康复护理路径组的BBS评分更高（p＜0.05）。护理2个月后生活质量评分比较，康复护理路径组的更高（p＜0.05）。护理2个月后康复护理路径组的护理服务满意率更高（p＜0.05）。结论 将康复护理路径用于帕金森病患者后，在促使运动功能提升、神经功能改善等方面更具有优势。

Abstract
Objective To put forward rehabilitation nursing path countermeasures, and to study the effect of this mode for Parkinson's disease patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with Parkinson's disease were enrolled from December 2021 to April 2022. 35 patients received routine care from nurses for 2 months and were defined as the routine group. 35 patients were defined as the rehabilitation nursing pathway group by nurses. The duration is 2 months. To unify Parkinson's disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) score, neurological impairment (NIHSS) score, Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score, quality of life score, nursing service satisfaction rate. Results After 2 months of nursing, the UPDRS and NIHSS scale scores of the rehabilitation nursing path group were lower (P<0.05), and the BBS score of the rehabilitation nursing path group was higher (P<0.05). After 2 months of nursing, the quality of life score of rehabilitation nursing path group was higher (P<0.05). Nursing service satisfaction rate was higher in the rehabilitation nursing path group after 2 months of nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing pathway has more advantages in promoting motor function and nerve function improvement in patients with Parkinson's disease.
