护理人文关怀教学模式在心内科临床护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的探究护理人文关怀教学模式在心内科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法 本次将研究时间确定为2020年10月1日-2022年2月28日,将这一时段内在我院心内科实习的护生118人作为研究参与对象。并掷骰子方式作为分组标准,将其分成两组,即对照组(59人)和实验组(59人)。给予对照组护生应用常规模式展开教学,给予实验组护生应用人文关怀模式展开教学,统计两种教学模式的应用效果,并对所得相关数据实施分析和对比。结果 就对带教老师的评价而言,实验组对其的各项评分更高;就教学效果而言,实验组护生的各项评分结果更理想。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing humanistic care teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching in cardiology department.
Methods This time, the research time was determined from October 1, 2020 to February 28, 2022, and 118 nursing students who practiced in the Cardiology Department of our hospital during this period were selected as the research participants. And throwing dice as the grouping standard, they were divided into two groups, namely the control group (59 people) and the experimental group (59 people). The nursing students in the control group were given the conventional teaching mode, and the nursing students in the experimental group were taught with the humanistic care mode.
Results In terms of the evaluation of the teachers, the experimental group gave them higher scores; in terms of teaching effect, the experimental group nursing students scored more satisfactory results.
