整体护理在小儿糖尿病护理中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析整体护理在小儿糖尿病护理中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取于2020年1月至2022年1月,我院收治的小儿糖尿病患儿共100例,作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式,将100例患儿随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预;观察组采用整体护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的各项血糖指标以及生活质量评分。结果 经护理干预后,观察组在各项血糖指标以及生活质量评分方面,明显优于对照组,其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 对小儿糖尿病患儿采用整体护理模式进行干预,能够有效改善患儿的各项血糖指标,提升患儿的生活质量,在实际应用中具有优良的效果,值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of holistic nursing in pediatric diabetes nursing and its impact on quality of life.
Methods A total of 100 children with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the method of computer blind selection, 100 children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was intervened by conventional nursing mode; the observation group was intervened by the holistic nursing mode. The blood glucose indexes and quality of life scores of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of blood glucose indexes and quality of life scores, among which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Intervention with holistic nursing mode for children with diabetes mellitus can effectively improve various blood glucose indicators in children and improve children's quality of life. It has excellent results in practical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
