改良拔针的手法对延长动静脉瘘的使用寿命的护理研究

摘要

目的 实验通过改良拔针手法，广泛开展C字型手法。使护理人员熟悉并掌握C字型手法，并将该手法应用于临床操作中，减少并发症的发生，可延长动静脉内瘘的使用寿命。方法 选择2021年3月-2022年3月在我院行维持性透析治疗的80例动静脉内瘘患者为研究对象。采用固定的两组护理人员，各自运用两种拔针手法进行对比的研究方法，分常规组跟试验组（改良的拔针手法）。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者在疼痛度和按压止血用时上效果均优于对照组，组间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，在动静脉内瘘并发症率上，观察组的发生率低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用改良拔针手法对于延长动静脉瘘的使用寿命效果显著，可改善疼痛度，降低患者并发症发生率，值得在继承借鉴中发展。

Abstract

Objective The experiment by improving the needle pulling technique, widely develop the C-shape technique. To make the nurses familiar with and master the C-shape technique, and apply the technique in clinical operation, reduce the occurrence of complications, and prolong the service life of arteriovenous fistula.
Methods A total of 80 patients with arteriovenous fistula who underwent maintenance dialysis in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. Two fixed groups of nurses were divided into conventional group and experimental group (modified needle pulling technique).
Results According to the data, the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in the degree of pain and the time of pressing for hemostasis, and the difference between the groups was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The modified needle extraction technique has a significant effect on prolonging the service life of arteriovenous fistula, which can improve the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth developing in the inheritance and reference.
