Intervention and effect of continuation care in patients with ulcerative colitis
延续性护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者的干预及效果

摘要

目的 探究溃疡性结肠炎经延续性护理干预后的效果。方法 统计我院2021年5月到2022年5月之间收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者共计60例进行信息采集，按照护理形式分为常规护理的对照组、延续性护理的观察组，对比两组30例患者在治疗期间遵医嘱行为（饮食健康、合理用药、卫生自护）比率；统计患者视觉模拟疼痛评估VAS量表下，患者在被干预一周、四周、八周时的疼痛指数。结果 观察组遵医嘱行为占比偏高，VAS量表疼痛指数偏低，（P<0.05）。结论 溃疡性结肠炎腹痛症状持久，重症血便多日，延续性护理可延长护理干预时间，持续提供给患者胃肠自护建议，有助于敦促患者合理用药、构建科学认知并缓解疼痛。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of ulcerative colitis after continuous nursing intervention.
Methods The total of 60 ulcerative colitis patients admitted between May 2021 and May 2022 were collected and divided into the control group and the ratio of 30 patients during treatment (healthy diet, rational drug use, health self-care); the pain index of patients during one week, four weeks and eight weeks.
Results The observation group had a higher proportion of the prescribed behavior and a lower pain index of the VAS scale, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Ulcerative colitis abdominal pain symptoms are lasting, severe blood stool for several days, continuous care can prolong the nursing intervention time, continuously provide patients with gastrointestinal self-care advice, help to urge patients to make rational drug use, build scientific cognition and relieve pain.
