Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gastroenterology
综合护理干预在消化内科患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 实验将针对消化内科患者实施综合护理干预，对比临床应用效果。方法 2021年6月至2022年4月期间，我院收治了100例消化内科患者，将其当做本次实验的对象，分组以盲抽的方式选择患者，综合护理干预（观察组），常规护理（对照组）。对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者在焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪的评分中，得分低于对照组，情绪改善初见成效，对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与此同时，在不良反应发生率，观察组患者则低于对照组，差异对比较大。最后，在护理人员的满意度评价上，观察组为96.0%，优于对照组的84.0%，差异具有统计学意义。结论 采用综合护理干预对于消化内科患者的康复治疗效果显著，可分析不同患者的疾病情况给予护理指导，加强对并发症的管理和情绪管控，由此取得了不错的成果，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective the experiment will implement comprehensive nursing intervention for patients in gastroenterology department and compare the clinical application effect.
Methods from June 2021 to April 2022, 100 patients in the Department of Gastroenterology were treated in our hospital. They were treated as the subjects of this experiment. Patients were selected by blind sampling, including comprehensive nursing intervention (observation group) and routine nursing (control group). Compare the treatment results.
Results it can be seen from the data that the scores of patients in the observation group in anxiety and depression are lower than those in the control group, and the improvement of mood has achieved initial results, with statistical significance (P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was relatively large. Finally, in the evaluation of nursing staff satisfaction, the observation group was 96.0%, better than the control group was 84.0%, the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   the comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on the rehabilitation treatment of patients in gastroenterology department. It can analyze the disease conditions of different patients, give nursing guidance, and strengthen the management of complications and emotional control, which has achieved good results and is worthy of promotion.
