Observation of nursing effect of comfortable nursing in children with upper respiratory tract infection
舒适护理在小儿上呼吸道感染患儿中的护理效用观察

摘要

目的 分析小儿上呼吸道感染患儿使用舒适护理的效果。方法 选取本院2020年3月~2022年3月收治的42例小儿上呼吸道感染患儿，根据电脑随机方式分为参照组（常规护理）和实验组（舒适护理），每组21例。对比临床症状改善情况、舒适度评分以及家属护理满意度。结果 实验组症状改善情况明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）；实验组舒适度评分明显高于参照组（P＜0.05）；实验组满意度为95.24%，明显比参照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 患有小儿上呼吸道感染的患儿使用舒适护理能够在改善临床症状的同时提升舒适度和家属的满意度，加快患儿恢复健康的速度。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in children with upper respiratory tract infection.
Methods: A total of 42 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group (routine nursing) and an experimental group (comfortable nursing), with 21 cases in each group. The improvement of clinical symptoms, comfort scores and family members' nursing satisfaction were compared.
Results: The symptom improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group (P<0.05); the comfort score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of comfort nursing in children with upper respiratory tract infection can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the comfort level and the satisfaction of family members, and speed up the recovery of children.
