Analysis of the effectiveness of psychological nursing in improving anxiety and depression in patients with acute myocardial infarction
心理护理改善急性心肌梗死病人焦虑、抑郁情绪障碍的有效性分析

摘要

目的 探究对急性心肌梗死患者应用心理护理干预对改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪障碍的临床应用价值。方法 抽选于2021年1月-2022年5月期间我院共收治的急性心肌梗死患者90例，随机划分对照组和研究组，各45例。对照组接受普通护理，研究组接受在普通护理基础上强化心理护理。评价及对比两组的焦虑/抑郁情绪评分、生活质量、护理满意率。结果 研究组的焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的护理满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对急性心肌梗死患者应用心理护理干预，在改善焦虑、情绪障碍方面具有较高临床有效性，有利于进一步改善患者的生活质量，提高其护理认可度、满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application value of psychological nursing intervention in improving anxiety and depression in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods: A total of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 45 cases in each.，The control group received general nursing, and the research group received intensive psychological nursing on the basis of ordinary nursing. The anxiety/depression score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were evaluated and compared.
Results: The anxiety score and depression score of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction has high clinical effectiveness in improving anxiety and emotional disorders, which is conducive to further improving the quality of life of patients, and improving their nursing recognition and satisfaction.
