Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients' satisfaction and doctor-patient relationship in the care of patients with gallstone
全面护理干预应用在胆结石患者护理中对患者满意度及医患关系的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析胆结石患者护理中给予全面护理干预的效果。方法 筛选于本院在2020年2月-2021年2月期间收治的78例胆结石患者。以随机数字表法分组，其中实验组采取全面护理，对照组采取常规护理，每组各39例。比较两组护理效果。结果 实验组护理有效率相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组焦虑、抑郁评分相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。结论 于胆结石患者护理中采取全面护理干预的效果明显，可消除患者的负面情绪，提升患者生活质量，提高患者的护理满意度，进而促进医患关系。此种方法可在临床上予以推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing of patients with gallstones.
Methods: A total of 78 patients with gallstones who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were screened. They were divided into groups by random number table method, in which the experimental group received comprehensive nursing, and the control group received routine nursing, with 39 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results: The nursing effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with gallstones is obvious, which can eliminate the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and then promote the relationship between doctors and patients. This method can be extended clinically.
