Effect of individualized nursing on quality of life in elderly patients with severe cerebral infarction
个性化护理对老年重症脑梗塞患者生活质量改善效果

摘要

目的 研究对老年重症脑梗塞患者实施个性化护理的效果。方法 本次研究于2021年3月正式开始，截止时间为同年12月，将此时间段内在我院接受治疗的62例老年重症脑梗塞患者作为研究对象，采用数字随机分组的方式将其对半分为两组，分别为对照组和实验组，对对对照组实施常规的护理干预，实验组则使用个性化护理。对比两组患者护理前后的神经功能缺损程度以及生活质量改善情况。结果 两组患者护理前的神经功能缺损程度、生活质量评分相似度较高（P＞0.05），经过护理后，两组评分均有一定改善，但对照组神经功能缺损评分显著高于实验组，生活质量评分显著低于实验组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年重症脑梗塞患者实施个性化护理，能够有效改善其神经功能缺损程度，提升患者的生活质量水平，具有较高的使用价值，值得推荐。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of individualized nursing on elderly patients with severe cerebral infarction.
Methods: the study was officially started in March 2021, and the deadline was December of the same year. 62 elderly patients with severe cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital during this period were taken as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups by digital random grouping, namely, the control group and the experimental group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out for the control group, and personalized nursing was used for the experimental group. The degree of neurological impairment and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: the degree of neurological impairment and the score of quality of life of the two groups were similar before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of the two groups were improved to some extent, but the score of neurological impairment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group, and the score of quality of life was significantly lower than that in the experimental group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : individualized nursing for the elderly patients with severe cerebral infarction can effectively improve the degree of neurological function defect and improve the quality of life of the patients. It has high value and is worth recommending.
