以患者为中心的优质护理在门诊预检分诊中的价值

摘要

目的 分析以患者为中心的优质护理在门诊预检分诊中的价值。方法 此次实验对象为门诊预检分诊患者,入院时间均在2019.03月至2021.03月,入选患者共120例,利用电脑盲选法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,n=60)与实验组(以患者为中心的优质护理,n=60)。对比分析两组的挂号等候时间、诊疗等候时间、心理状态、护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果 在挂号等候时间与诊疗等候时间上,实验组短于对照组(P<0.05)。在SAS评分、SDS评分及不良事件发生率上,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在满意度上,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对门诊预检分诊患者实施以患者为中心的优质护理干预后,对于改善心理状态具有促进作用,临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the value of patient-centered high-quality nursing in outpatient pre-examination and triage.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were outpatient pre-examination and triage patients. The admission time was from March 2019 to March 2021. A total of 120 patients were selected, and they were divided into control group by computer blind selection method (routine nursing, n=60). with the experimental group (patient-centred quality care, n=60). The waiting time for registration, waiting time for diagnosis and treatment, psychological state, nursing satisfaction and occurrence of adverse events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.
Results: The experimental group was shorter than the control group in terms of waiting time for registration and diagnosis and treatment (P<0.05). In terms of SAS score, SDS score and incidence of adverse events, the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of patient-centered high-quality nursing intervention for outpatient pre-examination and triage patients can promote the improvement of psychological state, and it can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
