Analysis of the effect of high quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with hypertension
优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 观察优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法 于本院2021.06——2022.04期间择选患有妊高症产妇共计70名作为研究对象，在平行对照分组法下平均分入常规组、实验组，每组纳入35名。常规组予以常规护理干预，实验组予以优质护理干预，对比两组产妇的产后出血量、护理满意度、护理前后血压数值。结果 护理前，两组对比血压数值未见差异性，P＞0.05。护理后，相较常规组，实验组对象的血压数值更低，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组护理满意度更高，P＜0.05.相较常规组，实验组产后出血量更低，P＜0.05. 结论 妊高症产妇产后出血护理中实施优质护理干预，有利于控制患者出血量，避免血压异常，建议普及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of high-quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with hypertension.
Methods: during the period from June 2021 to April 2022, a total of 70 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected as the study subjects. Under the parallel control grouping method, they were divided into the routine group and the experimental group, and 35 women were included in each group. Routine nursing intervention was given to the routine group and high-quality nursing intervention was given to the experimental group. The postpartum bleeding volume, nursing satisfaction and blood pressure before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results: before nursing, there was no difference in blood pressure between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the blood pressure of the subjects in the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher, P < 0.05. Compared with the routine group, the postpartum hemorrhage volume of the experimental group was lower, P < 0.05.
Conclusion  : the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in the postpartum hemorrhage care of pregnant women with hypertension is conducive to controlling the bleeding volume of patients and avoiding abnormal blood pressure. It is recommended to popularize it.
