Clinical experience of applying risk management in nursing work of hematology department
血液科护理工作中应用风险管理的临床体会

摘要

目的 分析将风险管理在血液科护理中的实际应用效果。方法 此次对比实验选取的114例患者均为血液科所收治，以时间为分隔线，将其分为实施前的对照组与实施后的观察组两个组别，每组随机抽取57例患者，前者采取传统护理管理方式，后者实施风险管理模式，对比两组不良事件发生率与满意度及护理质量评分。结果 经研究后的实验数据可见，观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，同时护理质量以及满意度评分显著提升（P＜0.05）。结论 对于血液科护理工作而言，在采取风险管理模式进行干预后，不仅能够有效提高整体护理质量，更可减少各风险事件发生，为患者的生命健康提供有力保障，并有助于提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the practical application effect of risk management in hematology nursing.
Methods: The 114 patients selected in this comparative experiment were all admitted to the Department of Hematology. With time as the dividing line, they were divided into two groups: the control group before the implementation and the observation group after the implementation, and 57 patients were randomly selected from each group. Patients, the former adopts the traditional nursing management method, and the latter adopts the risk management mode, and compares the incidence of adverse events, satisfaction and nursing quality scores between the two groups.
Results: The experimental data after the study showed that the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing quality and satisfaction scores were significantly improved (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : For the nursing work of the hematology department, after the intervention of the risk management model, it can not only effectively improve the overall quality of nursing, but also reduce the occurrence of various risk events, provide a strong guarantee for the life and health of patients, and help improve the quality of patients.
