摘要
目的 研究早期护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年05月-2021年05月本院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿100例，按照不同的护理干预方式，分作实验组和对照组，分析两组护理效果。结果 实验组护理满意度48（96.00%）优于对照组护理满意度42（84.00%），P＜0.05；治疗后，实验组血清胆红素水平优于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组血清胆红素恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组，P＜0.05 ；实验组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 运用早期护理干预方式对新生儿黄疸疾病干预，效果显著，可运用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of early nursing intervention on neonatal jaundice. Methods: 100 infants with neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different nursing intervention methods, and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (48.00%) was better than that of the control group (42.00%) (P < 0.05); After treatment, the serum bilirubin level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05); The recovery time and hospitalization time of serum bilirubin in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : early nursing intervention is effective and can be used in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.
