分析全面护理干预在胃癌患者化疗前后应用肠内营养乳剂中的价值

摘要

目的 探讨全面护理干预在胃癌患者化疗前后应用肠内营养乳剂中的价值。方法 以2020年12月-2021年3月在我科进行化疗的60例患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采取常规护理干预，实验组采取全面护理干预，对比两组患者治疗前后营养不良状态以及患者治疗依从性。结果 实验组患者治疗前后营养不良状态优于对照组，并且患者治疗依从性也优于对照组（p<0.05）。实验组患者治疗后的体重指数（BMI）、淋巴细胞计数、前清蛋白、白蛋白水平高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 全面护理干预在胃癌患者化疗前后应用肠内营养乳剂中的价值非常高，能够有效调节患者营养状况，缓解患者营养不良问题，提高患者治疗依从性，提高治疗成功率。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the application of enteral nutrition emulsion in patients with gastric cancer before and after chemotherapy.
Methods: 60 patients receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were taken as the research object, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The malnutrition status and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.
Results: The malnutrition status of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group before and after treatment, and the treatment compliance was also better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The body mass index (BMI), lymphocyte count, prealbumin and albumin levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing intervention in gastric cancer patients before and after chemotherapy application of enteral nutrition emulsion value is very high, can effectively regulate the nutritional status of patients and alleviate the malnutrition of patients, improve the treatment compliance, improve the success rate of treatment.
