Effects of early emotional nursing on negative emotions and rehabilitation nursing compliance in elderly patients with cerebral infarction
早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪和康复护理依从性的影响

摘要

目的 研究分析早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪和康复护理依从性的影响，以此帮助护理人员进一步改进老年脑梗死患者护理工作。方法 本次实验跨越2021年3月至2022年3月这一时间段，研究人员对72例老年脑梗死患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选患者的分组依据，研究人员在本次实验中分别采用基础护理、基础护理联合早期情志护理来完成对照组及实验组患者护理任务，记录对照组及实验组所选患者干预前后焦虑评分及抑郁评分、康复护理依从性，并加以分析比较。结果 在护理干预前，对照组及实验组所选患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分之间均不存在显著的差距，（p＞0.05），在干预后，两组患者焦虑情绪及抑郁情绪均得到了有效改善，两组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分下降明显，且组间对应数据之间的差异是不容忽视的，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中康复护理完全依从及部分依从的人数分别为18人及31人，占比分别为50.00%及86.11%，组间患者康复护理依从性相关数据之间存在着不容忽视的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论 早期情志护理对老年脑梗死患者负性情绪和康复护理依从性有着极大的影响，其在老年脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值远远高于基础护理。

Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the effect of early emotional nursing on the negative emotions and compliance of rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, so as to help nurses to further improve the nursing work of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods This experiment spanned the time period from March 2021 to March 2022. The researchers studied 72 elderly patients with cerebral infarction. The principle of double-blind control was used as the basis for grouping patients selected in this experiment. In this experiment, the researchers used basic nursing, basic nursing combined with early emotional nursing to complete the nursing tasks of patients in the control group and experimental group, and recorded the control group and the experimental group. The anxiety scores, depression scores, and rehabilitation nursing compliance of the selected patients in the experimental group before and after the intervention were analyzed and compared.
Results Before the nursing intervention, there was no significant difference between the anxiety scores and depression scores of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group (p>0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were effectively improved. improvement, the anxiety scores and depression scores of the two groups of patients decreased significantly, and the difference between the corresponding data between the groups could not be ignored (p < 0.05). The number of patients was 18 and 31, accounting for 50.00% and 86.11%, respectively. There was a significant gap between the groups in the data related to rehabilitation nursing compliance (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   Early emotional nursing has a great impact on the negative emotions and rehabilitation nursing compliance of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and its application value in nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction is much higher than that of basic nursing.
