Influence of comprehensive nursing measures on gastrointestinal reactions in patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy
综合护理措施对急性白血病患者化疗期间胃肠道反应的影响

摘要

目的 综合护理措施对急性白血病患者化疗期间胃肠道反应的影响。方法 实验于2021年3月到22年3月期间选择因急性白血病就诊于我科的病人为120例，病人入院后均接受常规治疗与护理。按照护理方案进行分组，每组均纳入60例。根据护理措施进行命名，分别常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组则采用综合护理。总结与探究两种护理方案实施效果。结果 常规组护理满意评分结果与研究组护理满意评分结果对照，前者低于后者，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）；常规组护理配合评分与研究组护理配合评分相比较低，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）；常规组胃肠道反应时间与研究组胃肠道反应时间对照前者较后者长，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理措施在急性白血病患者化疗期间搭配综合护理干预方案，可提高护理质量，改善病人胃肠道反应发生情况，此方案值得临床应用与推广。

Abstract

Objective: The effect of comprehensive nursing measures on gastrointestinal reactions in patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy.
Methods: During the experiment from March 2021 to March 22, 120 patients were selected to be treated in our department due to acute leukemia. The patients received routine treatment and nursing after admission. According to the nursing plan, 60 cases were included in each group. Named according to nursing measures, conventional group and research group. The nursing program adopted in the routine group was traditional routine nursing, while the study group adopted comprehensive nursing. Summarize and explore the implementation effects of the two nursing programs.
Results: The nursing satisfaction score of the routine group was compared with the nursing satisfaction score of the research group. The former was lower than the latter, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). The nursing cooperation score of the routine group was lower than that of the research group. The difference between the two groups was obvious (P<0.05); the gastrointestinal reaction time of the routine group was longer than that of the research group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing measures combined with comprehensive nursing intervention program during chemotherapy of acute leukemia patients can improve the quality of nursing and the occurrence of gastrointestinal reactions in patients. This program is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
